Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Your item(s) must be returned in the same condition it left in, unless damage occurred during transit and you have made prior arrangements with us to assist you in the claims process. If approved, you must return the item within 5 days of receipt. All returns must include the original box, packaging materials and have the original label present in order for a return to be honored.

There are some items we do not allow returns on due to fraudulent purchase practices. Tools, most parts, repairable timepieces, books and literature are among those exceptions.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, broken or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any item that is a brand new, in a factory sealed package which has been opened, will not be eligible for a return unless there was an error on our part.
Items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Buyers are responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost unless prior arrangements have been made.
Exchanges are rarely ever granted due to the nature of our product and limited inventory. However, under certain conditions we may allow an exchange of a purchase. These are rare occasions and are decided upon a case by case basis.
