All shipments within the U.S. are via USPS, UPS or FedEx to the contiguous 48 states. All other U.S. destinations (AK, HI, VI, PR, APO/FPO addresses) will ship USPS only. For shipments valued over 250.00 a signature may be required. For multiple purchases, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if your items can be bundled together so you are only charged for a single shipping charge (Some items may be too large and combining your packages may not be possible).
All international shipments will be sent via DHL, USPS International Priority or Global Express. On items valued over 20.00 First Class Mail and Small Flat Rate Boxes are NOT available due to insurance reasons. Larger items may not be available for certain countries due to size limitations and/or restrictions. If you are not sure whether an item can be shipped to your country, please contact us at email@example.com prior to purchase. International buyers accept responsibility for all customs fees, duties and taxes related to their purchase/s. If you are not familiar with your country’s import duties/tax table, please contact your local Customs or Postal Office.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Please note that some holidays may delay this process by 24hrs due to the carrier being closed on that particular holiday.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we may update your order with the tracking information if/when possible. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail may not have tracking numbers.
Rates charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, size and your location. Many times we use a flat rate method to calculate the shipping cost due to avoid excessive overcharge. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Some items purchased through us may come to you straight from the distributor and may be on back order. In such instances, we will ship the portion of your order that is available and when the back order item(s) are available, we will ship the remaining order at no additional cost to you.
