RETURN POLICY
- Return request must be made within 3 days of receipt. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charge accordingly.
- All returns must be in the exact condition you have received them as.
- We reserve the right to accept or deny any return.
SHIPPING POLICY
- All items will be shipped within 3-5 days upon purchase.
- All items will be insured.
- If items are damaged due to handling, please notify us immediately to activate the insurance claim process (**the original label, damaged items and packaging materials are required for this process).
- All custom duties and taxes are the responsible of the buyer.
PAYMENT
- We accept PayPal, personal checks or money order.
- We do not see buyer's financial information. It is between the buyer and financial institution.
- We may offer more than one choice for payments in the future.

Once your watch is in our care for any services to be performed, it will be carried out to completion at the quoted price you received for an estimate. Once a timepiece is taken apart, there may be underlying damaged parts that cannot be known until observed under magnification. Your estimate is just that, an estimate. If additional work is to be necessary, you will receive notification and we will not perform any such additional repairs until a confirmation in writing authorizing such repairs. There is always a delay in completing an overhaul meaning, don't expect it to be finished while you wait or have it by the next day. At the time of inquiry, we will also provide an estimated time frame on which the service will be completed.

Clock Service is available locally. For Grandfather Clocks we charge a service call fee that applies towards any servicing to be done in our shop on your clock. For all other clocks, we schedule appointments for drop off or, we can arrange the pick up for a small fee. Any services to be performed, the customer will be notified in advance and given a written estimate of total cost for repairs done to their clock.
