RETURN POLICY
- All returns must be made within 2 business days of receipt and receive prior authorization before making the return.
- Returns will only be accepted on items that are returned in the exact condition as they were received. Used, worn, open packages or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. Since many items may be secondhand, example: a watch with a new watch strap is purchased and it gets worn on the wrist, the strap will gain visible markings making it "used" or "worn".
- Books, reference guides, catalogues and other literature is not returnable.
- Tools whether purchased new or used are not returnable.
- Parts that have been opened are not returnable
- Returns based on buyers remorse or change of heart may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
- We reserve the right to accept or deny any return.
SHIPPING POLICY
- All items will only be processed for shipment after a payment is received and cleared usually, within 2 business days but could take longer depending on your method of payment.
- All items will be professionally packed and fully insured. We use new and recycled materials for packaging. Larger items may need packaging materials to be fabricated or custom ordered and a slight delay may occur.
- If items are damaged due to handling, please notify us immediately to activate the insurance claim process (**the original label, damaged items and packaging materials are required for this process).
- All custom duties and taxes are the responsible of the buyer.
PAYMENTS
- We accept PayPal, Venmo and personal checks.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard through Guest Checkout using PayPal by sending an electronic invoice to the customer.
- We do not see or store any of your financial information. All payments made electronically are solely between the customer and the financial institution.

Once your watch is in our care for any services to be performed, it will be placed in queue in the order it was received. Your quote is only an estimate. Once a timepiece is fully taken apart, there may be underlying damaged parts that were not visible until uncovered or observed under magnification. Your estimate is just that, an estimate. If additional work is necessary, you will receive prior notification and any additional necessary repairs will not be performed until a confirmation in writing is received. At the time of inquiry, we will also provide an estimated time frame on which the service will be completed. We stand behind all repair services with a written guarantee.

Clock Service is available by appointment only. We schedule appointments for drop off and pick up when you retain our service. Any services to be performed on a clock, the customer will be notified in advance and given a written estimate of total cost for repairs done to their clock. Once a timepiece is taken apart, there may be underlying damaged parts that were not visible until uncovered or observed under magnification. Your estimate is just that, an estimate. If additional work is necessary, you will receive prior notification and any additional necessary repairs will not be performed until a confirmation in writing is received. At the time of inquiry, we will also provide an estimated time frame on which the service will be completed. Grandfather Clocks require on site removal of the mechanism that is to be serviced. A service charge is required and you will receive a partial credit of that fee towards the additional estimate of the repair to be performed.
